Usage and billing records needed to run allowances and payments. Analytics never include message text.
Your controls
Download your data from Account → Download my data.
Delete your account from Account → Delete account. Everything is removed except financial records the law requires us to keep, which are anonymised.
Deleted chats are permanently removed after 30 days.
